Some of the panels don't look like standard electrical panels.

That's what I understand too. These pictures were forwarded to me from Dick Widera who was forwarded the pics from Mark Ode of UL.

I have an email to both Dick and Mark to get more info on the job....

Please tell me this is some kind of show room or display. Notice how the cables are rolled like conduit where it turned to the rafter. Maybe they told a commercial guy who had only run pipe before to use NM?
