I want to setup e-mail accounts for the state officers. For an example say secretary@iaeifl.org but the secretary could access it on the Internet or by including it in that persons e-mail or by just a simple forward to the officers e-mail. This way if a new officer takes the position there would be a consistency in that if someone sends a e-mail to secretary@iaeifl.org it would go to the current officer. This would apply to all the officers of the chapter and or division. A person would only need to have a small handful of e-mail addresses to remember and we would not need to publish new e-mail addresses every year after elections. Just give access to the new officers.
