Don Brindley mentioned the 2002 Code changes comes in slides and are needed at our seminars. The motion & 2nd was made with a unanimous vote to purchase them.

Dan Carter pressed Don for and approximate month we would be ready for a Seminar in Jacksonville that will include all the credits needed for both inspectors and contractors. The vote was unanimous for the Division to pay to have in broken up in sections for better use. Same Gerace will help Don with the Core credits needed. Larry Carter suggested using Friday, Saturday and Sunday to get all credits in, a possible solution, 4 core credits on Friday, and the remainder on Saturday and Sunday. Don Brindley said he could be ready by July.

Mike Timpanaro said there are already amendments out to the Florida Building Code. As I prepare this letter I have news that the bill top postpone the Florida Building Code, to be effective March 1, has passed both the Senate and the House and only needs the Governors signature.
