IAEI Minutes
October 1, 2003

The meeting was called to order by Philip Dunnington on October 1, 2003 at the Holiday Inn in Palatka at 11:40.

Present at the meeting were: John Griffin, Charles Crain, Phil Dunnington, Bill Thompson, Dallas Stratton, Michael Timponaro, Andrew Schirmacker, Don Brindley, Taylor Sams, Cliff Wilson, Nelson Montgomery, Dick Widera, Ed Huntsberger, Ron Rowe, Mark Alderman, Howard White, John Strommer, Fernando Gonzales, Jim Lindahl, Charles Deloads, Joff Filion and Dan Carter.

The minutes were approved as sent out, John Griffin gave the invocation and Philip Dunnington led The Pledge of Allegiance

Treasury Report: Dallas Stratton said all bills are paid and we are solvent.

Old Business: None

New Business: Nelson Montgomery gave a presentation about his being State President and membership. He presented our division and Don Brindley with plaques for leading in getting memberships with 35 new ones this year. Dick Widera also had some discussion on memberships. Our division was glad to have the state president and Secretary visit our division meeting. Hope to have you back again soon.
Philip Dunnington turned the meeting over to Don Brindley and Mike Timponaro who hosted a one-hour CEU presentation on Overcurrent Protection of Panelboards. Twenty-One people were in attendance and we all enjoyed the presentation.

Philip Dunnington drew Don Brindley’s name out of the hat for the 50/50 draw, lucky Don.

The next meeting will be held at the Holiday Inn in Palatka at 12:00 noon November 5, 2003.
