IAEI Minutes
July 7, 2004

Joff Filion called the meeting to order on, July 7, 2004 at the Holiday Inn in Palatka at 12:00 PM.

Present at the meeting were: John Griffin, Charles Crain, Dallas Stratton, Cliff Wilson, Jim Lindahl, Bill Thompson, Joff Filion, Taylor Sams, Andrew Schirmacher, Fernando Gonzalez, Ed Huntsberger, Richard Davis, Mike Timpanaro, Larry Higgins, Randy Leonard, Dwight Wilkes, Phil Dunnington, Mark Lowers, Morris Tesh, Eric Brunn, James Drummond, Stan Deangelis, and Alan Waters.
The minutes were approved as sent out; John Griffin gave the invocation and led The Pledge of Allegiance.
Treasury Report: Dallas Stratton said all bills are paid and we are solvent.
Old Business: Dwight Wilkes on behalf of the NEFBA expressed their thanks for the donation by the IAEI N FL DIV. This will used to buy the best student in years 1, 2, and 3 their books for the next term.
New Business: Joff presented Phillip Dunnington with a plaque for outstanding services as last years President. Dallas Stratton was presented with a clock for his services as Treasurer. Charles Crain with St. Johns County introduced Stan Deangelis (CBO) St Johns County. He explained as of July 1, 2004 St Johns Co. will only approve electrical service equipment, disconnecting means on the exterior of the building or structure, or installed on the interior of the building or structure directly behind the electric meter.
Joff Filion showed interest in getting the Minutes for our Division to the IO for publication in the Magazine. Joff and I will be working on this. Joff also asked that some members volunteer to write something on behalf of the Organization for submittal as well. He asked that if a digital camera was donated or borrowed we could add color pictures.

Joff Filion pulled Charles Crain’s name from the hat for the 50/50 draw. Lucky Charles.

The next meeting will be held at the Holiday Inn in Palatka at 12:00 noon, August 4, 2004.
