Joff Filion called the meeting to order on, December 1, 2004 at the Quality Riverfront Inn in Palatka at 12:00 PM.

Present at the meeting were: John Griffin, Charles Crain, Dallas Stratton, Cliff Wilson, Bill Thompson, Joff Filion, Taylor Sams, Don Brindley, Jimmy Douglas, Ron Rowe, Dwight Wilkes, Jim Lindahl, Chuck Barr, Mark Nechvatal, Mike Timpanaro, Sam Gerace, Phil Dunnington, Andrew Schirmacher, Paul Schnackenberg, and Alan Waters.

The minutes were approved as sent out; John Griffin gave the invocation and led The Pledge of Allegiance.

Treasury Report: Dallas Stratton said all bills are paid and we are solvent.
Old Business: Don Brindley noted that as of November 2004 we have 197 members.
Dwight Wilkes reported that we are on schedule for the adoption of the 2005 NEC for most likely July 1, 2005.
New Business: Joff Filion made a motion to double the tip for Lynn our server. That motion was seconded. Thanks are in order to the division for paying for our lunch it was appreciated.

Dallas Stratton introduced Paul Schnackenberg with Gen Tran Corporation who gave us an informative display of Transfer Switches. If needed you can contact him thru their web site at www.gen-tran.com
Education: A motion was made and seconded that our division purchase 130 NEC Analysis books for resale. These books probably will not last long, Contact Don Brindley or attend the January meeting for more information. The books are $ 47.00 each.

Paul Schnackenberg pulled the name from the hat for the 50/50 draw.

The next meeting will be held at the Quality Riverfront Inn in Palatka at 12:00 noon January 5, 2005.
