Richard Davis called the meeting to order on, February 7, 2007 at the Golden Corral Restaurant in Palatka at 12:00 PM.

Present at the meeting were: John Griffin, Dallas Stratton, Cliff Wilson, Jimmy Douglas, Edwin Garcia, Joff Filion, Don Brindley, Mark Nechvatal, Joe McGowen, Larry Hites, Richard Davis, Andrew Schirmacher, Charles Crain, Charlie Mini, Joseph Levrault, Michael Brooks, Jim Lindahl, Phillip Dunnington, Stan Deangelis, Robert Marvel, Mark Gibson, Jerry Kindman and Luther Kennett.

Treasury Report: Dallas Stratton reported that all bills are paid and we are solvent.

Membership Report: Don Brindley reported we have 215 members. And we are the only Florida Division to maintain its membership all the others are down in their members.

Old Business: None discussed

New Business: The 77th Annual IAEI Conference is slated for the 9th through the 12th of May 2007.

The question was asked if emergency lights are required in restrooms for commercial jobs. This question was tabled for discussion next month.

Don Brindley has the pre-publishing prices for the 2008 NEC. These must be ordered before June 1st.I will make sure to include prices in next months minutes.

The next meeting will be held at the “Golden Corral” Restaurant in Palatka at 12:00 noon April 4, 2007.
