Some of our members have received emails infected with the Klez virus.
Klez.E is the most common worldwide spreading worm. It’s very dangerous by corrupting your files.
Most users are not aware they are infected. It typically uses Outlook or outlook express by selecting an email address in your contact list as to whom it is from then it selects another email address in your contact list to send to.
Here are a few addresses that it recently came from:
vanessa@seekercenter.net
inbound@hotjobs.com
magshu@juno.com
deshaffer@omeinc.net

If you have any of the email addresses above in your outlook contact list you may be the infected party.
Norton has an article about the virus as well as a free removal tool at
http://www.symantec.com/avcenter/venc/data/w32.klez.a@mm.html

In addition Microsoft has a patch at
http://www.microsoft.com/technet/treeview/default.asp?url=/technet/security/bulletin/MS01-020.asp
for people using older versions of Explorer that have not updated in quite a while.

Please , If you are using Outlook please take the time to check for this virus. You may also circulate this to anyone that you wish to inform about this issue.

Thank You
