does anyone know how to do a fault study when the system consist of a single phase system when a phse converter is installed. trying to find the available faultcurrent at the service/ equipment

The manufacturer of the equipment should be able to give you the short circuit and impedance characteristics of the converter which can be used as the starting value of your point to point.
