As you may have heard the new effective date for the 2007 FBC is now Dec 31, 2008. Apparently because of the over 300 glitches they need to consider.

There is a Bill out there that passed that does allow the commission to make the change however the Governor has not signed it as yet.

A 2010 date would probably be a good bet if I was a betting man however with the commission I would never bet.

2007 Glitch Code Amendments

This is a reminder and to let you know that DCA staff has updated the tracking charts for the proposed glitch modifications which will be taken up at the June Commission meeting. The tracking charts now have staff proposed recommendations which will be considered by the TACs. The electronic tracking charts will be used at the TAC meetings to follow TAC action on the modifications. Although the tracking charts will be projected onto a screen for general viewing, participants are encouraged to bring their own laptops and an extension cord as it may be hard to read the projected text in a large room. Electronic files of the tracking charts will be available at the meetings for installation in the participant’s laptops. No hard copies will be available at the meetings. However, you may print the proposed modifications and tracking charts from the web site and bring them with you to the meeting.
