Can anybody bring me up to date on the discussion of seu cable at the 60 degree rating at the previous iaei meetings?

The UL White Book affirms that SE cable used in interior building applications is to be used at the 60C amperage rating. The way out of this dilemma is to; a) use heat sink tails at the termination points, b) measure ambient temperature and use the 1.08 multiplication factor, or c) make sure that the equipment and the OCP device are both marked with a 60/75C rating.
