I can't find my 95 ROP and NFPA.ORG seems to stop at 2001. Does anyone know who proposed the bubble cover?

I would think to try some old timers like Jim Pauly John Minick
Memory fade here on the rest of the names. But usually the code moderators at the IAEI Seminars. They have been around a long time and keep a lot of stuff. Also they usually have it on the computer to search instead of flipping pages in a book.

I just thought someone might have it in their bookshelf. I thought I had every ROP since 1992 but I seem to be missing 92 and 95. I think they may still be spinning on a hard drive somewhere but my PCs are more cluttered than my library.
