Richard Davis called the meeting to order on February 4, 2009 at the Golden Corral Restaurant in Palatka at 12:05 PM. Don Brindley led us in Prayer & the Pledge.

Present at the meeting were: No attendance sheets were passed around.
A motion was made to accept last month’s minutes as written, it was seconded. The motion carried.

Treasury Report: Dallas Stratton reported that all bills are paid and we are solvent. A motion was made to approve the Treasurer’s report and pay all bills. A second was made. The motion carried.

Old Business: None
New Business: Don Brindley reported that his Ethics course will go before the board later this month. Pending approval it should be ready for April/May.
Don Brindley made a motion and it was seconded that the Division pay for Dallas Stratton way to the State Chapter meeting in May and be reimbursed after the meeting.

Education & Membership: Don Brindley reported our membership at 147 paid members.

Jeffrey Small with G.E. gave a tremendous presentation on Selective Overcurrent Coordination.
We also would like to thank Wes Colley for all his work in getting all this great presentations for our educational benefit over the last year!

The next meeting will be held at the “Golden Corral” Restaurant in Palatka at 12:00 noon March 4, 2009.

From US17 take US19 South Approx. ¼ mile south of the intersection with SR100 on the Left
