O.k., so I learned something today.........

In the referenced article, when figuring conductor ampacity and CCC's in raceway, do not count the neutrals? Where did that come from? I swear back when I was workin for a livin I was made to count the neutrals by one of you guys!

It has been there the last several cycles. Sometime ago it was moved from I believe the notes section at the end of table 310.16
When table310.15(b)(6) was note eight??

But anyway you need to keep reading the section you stated not just part (4)(a) but also (4)(b) and (4)(c)
