Currently several people have requested to change their display name on this site.
When you do so you are informed that we need to approve the change.
FYI, The only reason it is this way is to avoid duplicate names from appearing in the postings.
Granted most of us have unique names but if we do have some John Does out there. Then would be the issue. The software would show multiple people with the same same to appear. Even if the log in is totally different. So nobody would know who posted what.

So don't fret if say I don't approve one based on a similar name is already used. We just may need to modify the name a little bit. But we will work it out.
