Dear Friend,
I would like to let you know about a new DBPR initiative designed to obtain feedback from you, our customer. "Quality on the Line" is a cost-free way for you to play an active role in government and inspire positive changes at DBPR.
Building on the success of last year’s "On the Road to Better Business," when I toured Florida to meet with our customers, "Quality on the Line" is intended to gain your valuable, unique insight into department processes. The state has been divided into five districts, and I will hold "virtual" office hours for each district. During virtual office hours, I will be at my computer in Tallahassee, reading and responding to your concerns as they come in from the Web-based form.
I would like to invite you to participate in "Quality on the Line" when the virtual office hours are held for your area. The first virtual office hours will be for South Florida on Tuesday, June 2, from 12 to 3 p.m. Please check the Web site to see whether your county is included in this district. For more information about the initiative and to find out when I will be online in your area, please visit MyFloridaLicense.com.
Also, by subscribing to the Bottom Line e-newsletter, you can receive e-mail updates about "Quality on the Line" in your area and other important department news.
I am eager to hear from you!
Sincerely,
Charles W. Drago
Secretary
