Regular Meeting: (June 24, 2009)

The June meeting of the Gulf Coast Division was called to order by the President Bud Keefer, following opening ceremonies led by the Building Officials Association of Florida Gulf Coast Chapter. There were 25 members and guests present. Secretary Bryan Holland gave an update on IAEI business and other industry topics. The minutes of the May Meeting were approved as written.

A brief discussion concerning Rule 9B – 3.047 followed announcements. Secretary Bryan Holland provided some literature on new EFCI / SFCI devices and information on IAEI health insurance benefits available to members.

This month’s guest speaker was Ken Dean of FHP Manufacturing Company. Ken gave a presentation on Geo-Thermal Heating and Cooling technology and equipment.
