GREETINGS TO ALL ! THIS EMAIL COMMUNICATION IS COMING TO YOU FROM THE OFFICE OF

SECRETARY, SUNCOAST DIVISION IAEI, FLORIDA CHAPTER-SOUTHERN SECTION !

Hear Ye ! Hear Ye ! Hear Ye !

A convocation is called for the regularly scheduled monthly meeting on 10/08/09 at 130pm !
The May 2010 Florida Chapter annual meeting committee will meet 1 hour earlier at 1230pm to 130pm to update the progress for the meeting's particulars.

PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF THE SITE OF THE MEETING !

It will not be at the City of Largo. It will be at the Holiday Recreation Center, 2830 Gulf Trace Blvd., Holiday FL 34691. Make a westerly turn off of US19 at the McDonalds Golden Arches and progress about .75 miles to the Recreation Center.

The Annex and the City Hall meeting rooms at the City of Largo are no longer available due to building repairs being done at the Annex, thereby making the City Hall meeting room overbooked for city business.

Discussion will take place about substituting the Holiday Recreation Center, or another Pasco County location, for the tri-monthly meeting site in lieu of the City of Largo. The discussion will also entail adding a Pasco County meeting site on a 4 month rotating basis with the current meeting locations.
