That showed up in the test at the end of my Red Vector code change course but it was not addressed in the lessons and I don't seem to have it in my NEC or the handbook. What's the deal.

I don't have but the freebie pdf file for 2008. Looking at that.
I see instead of appendix they are now called Annex A-H.
Possibly Red Vector has not updated the terminology?

Nope no joy there. The subject matter was different.

Without compromising their test, this was the gist of the questions.

Could it be in NFPA 70E.
I don't have a copy of that but all my google searches for what you stated point to that publication.

It looks like NFPA 70E information but it isn't.

I would contact Red Vector and ask them what's up???
