Pinellas County Building Department has threatened to do the same if they did not stop drawing from the general fund.
That is also why the COT raised its fees and a Red Tag will cost you $116.00 now.

Sooner or later we all get red tags even the best contractors.
Some of the not so good ones get a lot of them.

And I will bet somebody up the ladder is encouraging the fee is applied every single time. For a return trip.
Even if a situation occurs such as a home owner needs to be home. Which is not the fault of the contractor.

Since money and budget is a big concern today.
