Regular Meeting: (January 2011)

The January meeting of the Florida Gulf Coast Division was called to order by President Robert Romano. Secretary Bryan Holland gave a report on IAEI news and business. Information on the Governor’s Executive Order 11-01 was discussed and dates of upcoming BCAIB, CILB, ECLB, and FBC meetings were announced.

Robert Romano welcomed distinguished retired members, Pete Pluta and Ben Controneo to the meeting. The President also notified the attendees that new registration is required at the myfloridalicense.com website for all DBPR license holders. Bill Pancake gave a report on CSST gas pipe bonding and grounding. Tommy Lasprogato gave a report on the Annual Board of Directors Meeting held earlier this month.

This month’s presentation was given by Secretary Bryan Holland on Article 517 – Health Care Facilities. A brief questions and answer session followed the power point presentation.

The meeting was adjourned at 2:00 PM. Our next meeting will be held on February 16, 2011.
